I'll be at ORD after 5pm today trying to catch any VIP arrivals for the NATO summit this weekend. Looks like they are using runways 4R and 10 right now. You can spot runway 10 arrivals off Beeline rd and York rd on the west side, or in that general area. Plenty of different parking lots there and side streets to pull off into. Runway 4R arrivals are good until the sun switches over, you can park somewhere off of Seymour Ave and Irving Park Rd and walk to a desired location, but do not park directly on Irving park rd.

When was talking with sovietjet over cellphone I saw some BBJ on arrival 22R. I found that might be one of the NATO guests. It was looking like A6-AIN or similar.
I just heard that tomorrow from 9am some fighter jets will be visible over the sky. VC-25 is expected to arrive on saturday. Hope to get good winds (I prefer east-west runways in use).

Well , thats why I would prefer those winds. They will use 9R or 27L/R (shorter taxiway to VIP pad made on 14L and not messed ground traffic) mostly than 28/10 left for regular traffic.
